  CT series special magnetic drum for river sand is a kind of wet field magnetic separation equipment. The magnetic source is a composite magnetic system composed of NdFeb hard magnetic material and ferrite, which is known as "magnetic king". The magnetic field strength of the cylinder surface can reach 2500GS, 2800GS, 3200GS to adapt to different selection requirements.

 

CT series permanent magnet drum and sand harvester are ideal special equipment for extracting iron powder from river sand.

How it works:

 

After the river sand extracted from the river bed is added with water, it enters the grille, after the coarse stones are screened, it enters the tank with the homogenizing plate, and the sand slurry diluted and rinsed by adding water again is uniformly fed to the selection area with high magnetic force on the surface of the drum. Among them, the higher grade iron sand is adsorbed on the surface of the cylinder with high magnetic force, and transported to the lower sand washing area by the rotating cylinder, and the attached sand is washed away by the washing water and then transported to the mining area, and the iron sand collection tank washed by the water stream becomes the high-grade iron sand. The non-trough sediment is discharged directly into the tail-trough without being affected by the magnetic force. Thus, the purpose of extracting iron powder is achieved.
