I. Overview

 

Coke cutting machine is mainly used for the crushing of various coke (machine coke, tamping coke, improved coke, petroleum coke, etc.) and other brittle materials. The CQJ series double-shaft coke cutter and CQD tooth ring coke cutter developed by the company have been adopted by many coking, steel, casting and other enterprises because of their uniform coke breaking particle size, low powder yield, easy maintenance, and unique tooth shape design, so that the service life of the roll teeth is more than twice that of similar products.

 

The main feature of the coke cutting machine is aimed at the physical structure of coke, highlighting a "cut" word, rather than the extrusion and impact of the double-toothed roll crusher, it cleverly uses the axe-shaped roll teeth between high and low, large differential operation, the roll teeth of the slower speed are lifted, and the roll teeth of the faster speed are shear, to break coke.

 

With the popularization and application of oxygen-rich coal injection technology, the role of coke in supporting skeleton in blast furnace becomes more important, which requires higher strength, uniform particle size and hot strength of coke. The coke with more than 85mm grain size has loose structure and more primary cracks, which will inevitably break coke in the process of loading and falling in the furnace, which will directly affect the permeability of the blast material column. The whole grain process of coke makes the wear and fracture process complete before entering the blast furnace, which not only significantly improves the uniformity of particle size, but also improves the mechanical strength (M40) and hot strength (reactivity and post-reaction strength) of coke to a certain degree, thus becoming an important measure for stable and high yield of blast furnace.

 

2, the principle and unique performance

 

Coke is uniformly and continuously fed into the gap between the two teeth rollers of the coke cutting machine by the feeding equipment. In order to enhance the biting force of the coke crushing, the two teeth rollers are rotated relative to each other at a differential speed, and the knife and axe crushing teeth are arranged on the tooth plate or tooth ring at different intervals to shear and split the coke. The rotation speed, clearance and length of crushing teeth are the main factors that determine the yield, particle size and powder yield. The CQJ/CQD series coke cutting machine has excellent crushing effect compared with the ordinary double-toothed roller crusher.

Uniform coke granularity: 25-80mm coke accounted for more than 80%, more than 20 percentage points higher than the spike, the strength of broken coke has also been correspondingly improved;
