Gyw-8 Series Vacuum Permanent Magnet Filter
This machine is a cylindrical external filter type vacuum permanent magnet filter with upper feed, which is mainly suitable for dewatering coarse particles of strong magnetic materials.
 
The cylinder is equipped with a strontium ferrite magnetic system, which can promote the rapid adsorption of magnetic particles to the surface of the filter cloth. The magnetic filter is mainly used for the dehydration of the pulp of the coarser strong magnetic mineral concentrate. Because it is the upper feed, the effect of the stratification of the concentrate in the filter cake according to the size is more obvious. The coarse particle concentrate moves faster to the filter cloth than the fine particle concentrate, and the fine particle first contacts the filter cloth, so the filter cake has good permeability. Moreover, the magnetic particles in the slurry are radially distributed on the surface of the cylinder under magnetic attraction, and the magnetic agitation effect is generated due to the polarity change of the magnetic system. All of these become favorable conditions for the filter cake to be easily dehydrated, making the filter cake thick and good permeability, significantly improving the productivity. Compared with the cylindrical vacuum filter of the same specification, its efficiency is more than three times higher.
 
The specific magnetization coefficient of solid particles in the pulp is not less than 3000*10-6 cm/g, and the particle size is 0.15-0.8 mm. Feed concentration 60%.
